Buying a home can be a daunting task. I want to help take some of the burdens off your shoulders. When you purchase a home with me, you will receive full service and MONEY BACK in the process! I give cash rebates to smart homebuyers within the state of Illinois by sharing my commission with you! I offer a rebate of up to 50% of the selling broker’s commission. I will explain the details below. 

How am I able to do this?

I count on savvy buyers to do their homework. That means searching online for your own properties and narrowing down what fits best for you. I encourage homebuyers to utilize real estate websites like Realtor, Trulia, Zillow, etc. to find their perfect home. From there I can show you homes that fit what you are really looking for.

By doing your homework this saves me time, so I can save you money in return! Prepared homebuyers can receive up to 50% of the my broker’s commission back at closing. 

You can spend this rebate on whatever you like. You can put this money back into your home, save it for a rainy day, pay off bills, take a vacation, etc. 

It’s entirely up to you!

Here is how it works:

• Up to 2 days of home showings (50% commission rebate)
• Up to 3 days of home showings (33% commission rebate)
• Up to 4 days of home showings (25% commission rebate) 

I will rebate 25-50% of my net commission depending upon the number of days we view houses/properties. 1-2 days = 50% rebate, 3 days = 33% rebate, and 4 days = 25% rebate. No rebates after 4 days.
